A Place To Find Hope...
A Place To Grow In Faith...
A Place To Share Love...
A Place To Find Peace...
A Place To Be A Child Of God...
I pray this post finds you well and blessed. Our Bishop has sent out a message to all the United Methodists in Indiana. I have copied the link and it is found below. In it, we are instructed to suspend all in-person activities and worship until further notice. I would encourage you to read the message to understand the reasons behind this decision.
The holidays are an important part of who we are as a people of God. We give thanks; we remember; we re-establish our bonds of love and friendship, and we celebrate the birth of our Savior! In light of the Bishop’s message, we can still be the people of God and shine the light of Christ everywhere. We can still celebrate and recall the birth of our Savior. We can still give our thanks for all of the blessings that God gives to us. We can also re-establish the bonds of love and friendship. We can do all these things by working together. This is an opportunity to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ with our region, community and neighbors. We will continue to have Facebook Live worship services; we will begin Zoom meetings very soon; and we will continue to give food, prayer shawls, and hope to those in need.
We can overcome anything with God.
Peace and Blessings!
